The macro score, regime, signals, backtest and AI commentary are automated estimates derived from third-party data. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and past performance or backtested results do not guarantee future outcomes. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any losses arising from use of, or reliance on, this service.

• Do not abuse, overload, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the service or its API.
• Third-party data (Yahoo Finance, FRED) remains subject to those providers' own terms.
• The service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

What we collect. The dashboard works without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google to enable email alerts, we receive your email address and name from Google (via Google Sign-In). We store only that, plus your alert preferences.

How we use it. Solely to send the email alerts you opt into (macro regime changes and score thresholds). We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Email. Alert emails are sent via Resend. You can turn alerts off or sign out at any time on the dashboard.

Cookies. A single session cookie keeps you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
